When comfort calls, answer with The Big Cheese Toastie 🧀
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
. Big Cheese Side Dish 200g
. 8 slices sourdough
. 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
. Baby gherkins, to garnish
Method:
1. Cook The Big Cheese Side Dish according to packet instructions.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Heat a large, non stick pan over medium heat.
4. Add two slices of bread, butter side down, top with a quarter of the Big Cheese and place a slice of bread on top, butter side up.
5. Cook until the bottom bread slice is toasted and golden, then carefully flip the toastie and continue to cook until toasted.
6. Repeat with the remaining two serves.
7. Cut the toastie in half and serve skewered with gherkins.
